BRIGADEIRO INFORMATION
After your purchase your brigadeiros will last for 3 days at room temperature and 7 days in the refrigerator.
Yes you can freeze them for up to 2 months.
Each brigadeiro weighs approximately 20 grams or .70 ounces.

ALLERGEN INFORMATION
Yes. All our brigadeiros are made with milk, butter and cream. Nutritional information is available upon request, so feel free to reach out to us.
Nuts are not a part of all of our recipes, but some do contain nuts. If you are allergic to nuts, please let us know, so we can take extra precautions.
Our brigadeiros are gluten-free. We use gluten-free chocolate and none of our ingredients contain flour. Our facility is not entirely gluten-free ,so there may be trace amounts of gluten in our chocolate. Many celiacs have enjoyed our brigadeiros and we believe them to be entirely gluten-free. However, we advise those with severe gluten intolerance to use caution.
PLACING AN ORDER
We recommend placing event orders at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability.
For weddings and large-scale events, we recommend booking 2 to 3 months prior to your event date.
Dates are reserved once your deposit is received.
Yes. All standard orders must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your pickup date. For event orders and large custom bookings, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due one week prior to your event.

We do not offer same-day orders. Standard pickup orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. For larger events, we recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance. Weddings should be booked 2 to 3 months prior to your event date to ensure availability.
ORDER DELIVERY
We have very limited availability for delivery and we do book up quickly. When placing your order, please specify if you will need delivery and we will make every effort to accommodate depending on availability.
